Our small-batch sourdough bread, made only using 4 key ingredients : Flour – Water – Salt – Yeast.
Kneaded, proofed, fermented to perfection, a very slow process in bread making that took 3 days for each batch. Our self-developed Yeast that we already kept for 3 years will make a unique flavor and texture for the bread itself.
How to store & re-heat ?
We prefer slice the loaf into 1.5 – 2 cm thickness, then put in airtight container in fridge. If you want to re-heat the loaf simply heat up a non-stick pan with dash of olive oil and press your bread until golden brown, or other way you can use bread toaster.
